We have developed a customized system allowing you the opportunity to order, schedule and personalize your Santa Call in just a few easy steps.
- Select Call Length:
Standard calls are up to 10 minutes in length, and can accomodate 2 children. Enhanced calls are up to 20 minutes long, and can accomodate up to 4 children.
- Make Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or pay securely using your PayPal account.
- Select Call Date & Time:
Choose what day and time you want Santa to call. We adjust all call times to your time zone.
- Submit Information on your Child(ren):
Tell us what Santa would know about your kids! The more details you provide, the better your call will be.
When you select your Call Length, a new window will appear on your screen for the remainder of the ordering process. DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW until you have Completed the Ordering Process.
Please Note: All transactions processed at Santa Phone will appear on your credit card billed by PayPal as Relax Web Productions. For maximum online security, Santa Phone exclusively uses PayPal.

In order to maintain the quality of our calls on Christmas Eve this year, we are only taking Christmas Eve orders until all of our slots are filled. We do not want to run into similar problems we have experienced in the past, and have decided that All Chistmas Eve Calls must be reserved well in advance.
